How do I choose a size?
Most of our sneakers run true to size. Low-top runners tend to fit half a size small, and skate silhouettes fit roomy. Every product page lists the fit we’ve found in testing.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll catch it if we can.
Do you restock sold-out pairs?
Sometimes. Limited releases are one-and-done, but core silhouettes usually come back within a few weeks.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed over an encrypted connection. We never store full card numbers.
