Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 days from delivery to send something back. We’ll take it as long as it’s unworn outdoors, in its original box, with the tags still attached.
Starting a return
Email us your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Exchanges for a different size ship as soon as the return is scanned, so you’re not waiting twice.
Refunds
Refunds land on the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Shipping charges are refunded on faulty items.
Faulty pairs
If something fails in normal wear, tell us. We’d rather replace a bad pair than argue about it.
